David Gilmour has been a management consultant, CEO, board director and investor/owner of a number of companies. Early in his career he spent nearly 15 years in consulting, initially at McKinsey and the last five years as a Partner at BCG. In addition to his role leading major client relationships, David led global practices at both firms – the Strategy Practice at McKinsey (one of three global leaders) and was Founder and Global Head of the Pricing Innovation Practice at BCG. After a 13 year break running his own businesses, he returned to consulting in 2017 as Managing Partner of the Strategy & Customer Practice at EY. In 2019, David founded Gilmour & Associates.

Prior to joining Gilmour & Associates, Sienny was a consultant at Vertex Consulting. She holds a Master of International Business and Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Management from the University of Melbourne. While at university, she was involved in various consulting experience in different industries through her engagement with 180 Degrees Consulting, GHD, and BASF.

Joel is an Senior Analyst at Gilmour & Associates. Joel has worked across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, and retail, on a series of strategy projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Economics and Politics & International Studies, as well as a Diploma in Music, both from the University of Melbourne.

Angelo is an Analyst at Gilmour & Associates. He graduated top of his cohort in his Master of Finance degree and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne. He also has previous experience working as a consultant for ANZ and two NGOs.
